I'm Amber Herbert, a (mostly) speculative fiction author living in Colorado Springs with my husband and two gremlins. I'm drawn to immersive fiction, compelling characters, and poignant prose. Lipstick Covered Magnet was my first novel.
When I'm not writing or reading, I enjoy baking, going to emo/punk/post-hardcore gigs, playing board games, and watching and critiquing TV and film.
